Before you replace it

Most stuck doors need parts, not a new door

Most doors that stick, grind or jump the track don’t need replacing. They need rollers, a track repair or an adjustment.

Florida is hard on sliders. Salt air eats rollers and sand grinds down the track. Rollers and tracks are parts, and parts cost a lot less to replace than a new door.

We don’t replace glass or install new doors. We fix the one you have. If a door can’t be saved, we’ll tell you straight.

Drawing of a sliding glass door with its common wear parts numbered: 1 Rollers, 2 Bottom track, 3 Lock and keeper, 4 Weatherstrip and brush seals, 5 Interlock. 1 2 3 4 5
  1. Rollers. Worn or rusted rollers make the door drag, grind and jump the track.
  2. Bottom track. Dents, pitting and packed-in sand. A stainless track cap gives it a new surface.
  3. Lock and keeper. When the door sags, the latch misses the keeper and the door won’t lock.
  4. Weatherstrip and brush seals. Worn seals let in drafts, bugs and rain.
  5. Interlock. Where the panels meet. Out of line, it whistles and lets water in.

How it works

From first message to a door that slides

Every door is different, so the price comes after we’ve seen yours. Here’s how a visit goes.

  2. Step 2: We come out and take a look

A specialist evaluates the door on site. The estimate is free, with no trip fee.

  3. Step 3: You get an exact price first

Every door is different, so we don’t guess over the phone. You see the exact price before any work starts.

  4. Step 4: We fix it and test it

Rollers, track, lock or seals, whatever it needs. We don’t leave until it slides right. Every repair carries our warranty: 90 days on parts and labor.

Can you give me a price over the phone?

No. Every door is different, so we don’t guess over the phone. A specialist looks at your door and gives you an exact price, free, before any work starts.

Send us a photo so we come with the right parts. It helps us plan, but it isn’t a quote.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. Free estimate. No trip fee. No same-day fee. No after-hours fee. No minimum.

Do you replace glass or install new doors?

No. We don’t replace glass or install new doors. We fix the one you have. That means rollers, tracks, locks, handles, weatherstrip, screens and adjustments. If a door can’t be saved, we’ll tell you.

How soon can you come out?

Same-day or next-day service in our core area. We work 7 days, including early mornings, evenings and weekends, and schedule around you.

How can I pay?

Cash, Zelle, Venmo, check or card. Credit card payments carry a small processing fee. Cash, Zelle, Venmo, check and debit cards don’t.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. 90 days on parts and labor.

Do you do maintenance?

Yes. A tune-up means we clean, lubricate and adjust the door so it keeps rolling. It’s worth doing before hurricane season and after a summer shut up in salt air.
